Role Description
The Admissions Counselor will work full time in office at Profession Hike’s Chandigarh location. This role involves guiding prospective students and families through the college and course selection process, explaining eligibility criteria, application requirements, and admission timelines. The counselor will conduct one-on-one consultations, respond to inquiries via phone, email,



and in-person meetings, and provide clear, accurate information based on Profession Hike’s research-backed data. They will assist in organizing and participating in outreach activities such as seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions, and maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the internal systems. The role also includes collaborating with the internal team to refine counseling processes, contribute insights on student needs, and support initiatives that improve user experience and enrollment outcomes.
