About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Network Operations Specialist to join Mizuho's state-of-the-art Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune. This role is pivotal in supporting Mizuho Americas’ IT operations within our advanced Technology Operations Center (TOC). As part of a dynamic, 24/7 mission-critical team,



you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting the global network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational resilience. The successful candidate will work in a rotational shift pattern, including early, late, and overnight shifts, to provide continuous support and incident management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a next-generation command center, driving operational excellence and innovation in a global banking environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in network operations support within a multinational workplace. Relevant educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering or a degree in Computer Science.
