Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, developing strategic relationships, and managing projects from initial inquiry through successful completion. The ideal candidate should have solid networking skills, a consultative sales approach, and experience in the furniture, interiors, construction, or real estate industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, builders, developers, corporate clients, and direct customers.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.

Sales & Client Management
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable interior and furniture solutions.
- Coordinate with the design team for layouts, presentations, and quotations.
- Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close projects.




- Manage the complete sales pipeline using the company's CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until project closure.

Project Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production partners, and installation teams.
- Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction.
- Support project handover and after-sales service.

Relationship Management
- Develop referral networks with architects, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Generate repeat business through exceptional client service.

Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architectur
