Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Job Title position at Paramount Logistics. The role involves managing day-to-day logistics activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations. Responsibilities may include tracking shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, resolving operational issues,



and ensuring adherence to company processes and service standards. The Job Title will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, support customer requirements, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, and basic inventory or shipment tracking.
- Ability to use standard office and logistics-related software tools, with strong proficiency in MS Excel and related applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, with attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.
