Position: Assistant Accountant cum billing executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience & interview)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (0–15 days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales billing in ERP & reporting
- Bank entries & bank reconciliation
- E-way bill reconciliation
- Fixed assets management
- Branch administration & expense management
- Data entry & MIS reporting
- Stock audit & coordination with warehouse & sales team
- Handling multiple tasks under tight timelines

Required Skills:
- Experience in any ERP software
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Formatting, etc.)
- Good typing speed & communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure & meet deadlines




- Experience in stock audit & team coordination preferred
- Power Query knowledge will be an added advantage
