We are looking for a agile and results-driven Academic Consultant to promote and enroll professionals into Doctorate (PhD/Professional Doctorate) and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programs. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students throughout the admission journey, understand their academic and career goals, and achieve enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding Doctorate and DBA programs through phone calls, video meetings, emails, and WhatsApp.
* Understand candidates’ educational background, work experience, and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable program.
* Convert qualified leads into enrollments by providing accurate information and personalized guidance.
* Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, LinkedIn, corporate outreach, and strategic partnerships.
* Follow up consistently with prospective students to maximize conversion rates.
* Manage the complete admission cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
* Coordinate with universities and admission teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Build long-term relationships with executives, entrepreneurs, and working professionals.
