We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Meta Ads Manager to lead our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, drive profitable customer acquisition, and scale our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Build and optimize Sales, Conversion, Lead Generation, Catalog, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Develop Interest, Custom, and Lookalike audiences to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CAC, Frequency, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, placements,



and landing pages.
- Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting images, videos, and ad copy.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, advertising policies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Proven experience scaling e-commerce brands through Meta advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
