Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA, MSW, BBA, Marketing, Public Relations, Development Studies, or CSR preferred)
- Certification in Fundraising, CSR, or NGO Management will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated CSR Business Development Executive to develop and implement fundraising strategies, establish partnerships with corporates, CSR teams, donors, and philanthropic organizations, and secure financial support for the Foundation's social initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking,



proposal writing, and relationship management skills.

Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in NGO fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor relations, business development, or grant management preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication, networking, and proposal writing skills may also apply.

As per Industry Standards and candidate experience
