About The Role
BrightChamps is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale its teacher hiring engine across Coding, Math, Robotics, Communication, and other academic domains.

This is a high-ownership role — you will define sourcing strategies, lead a small team of recruiters, partner closely with Academic Operations, and drive measurable improvement in hiring funnel quality.

Lead end-to-end hiring for online teachers across multiple academic domainsOwn the full recruitment funnel — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment tracking, offer rollout, and onboarding handoverBuild scalable hiring strategies for both volume-based and niche mandates across India and international marketsManage and guide the teacher hiring team to ensure strong recruiter productivity, quality screening, and timely closuresPartner closely with Academic Operations, Training, and Business teams to align on ideal teacher profiles, evaluation criteria, and turnaround expectationsTrack and improve key funnel metrics: source effectiveness, screening conversion, interview-to-selection ratio, offer acceptance rate, joining rate, and quality of hiresStrengthen employer branding for teacher talent through job postings, outreach ca
