About the Role

Are you an early-career finance professional looking to take ownership of your accounting skills in a fast-paced environment? Verve Advisory is seeking an Executive Accounts & Finance to manage our daily accounts receivable and compliance tracking. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong foundational knowledge to step up, handle end-to-end billing workflows, and ensure financial accuracy. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams, making sure our financial execution is smooth, timely, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing Execution: Handle the day-to-day order-to-cash cycle, including generating accurate client invoices, tracking billing milestones, and ensuring proper tax applications (GST).
- Compliance Verification: Cross-check sales orders and client contracts against dispatched invoices to maintain strict adherence to internal accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Proactive Collection Management: Track accounts receivable aging schedules, follow up regularly on outstanding payments,



and assist in maintaining healthy company cash flow.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate between internal project teams and client finance desks to quickly clear up invoicing errors, missing documentation, or payment mismatches.
- Reporting Assistance: Help compile periodic AR reports and basic variance data (Budget vs. Actuals) to give leadership clear visibility into collection timelines.

Who You Are
- Educational Background: You hold a B.Com, M.Com, or are a CA Dropout looking for practical corporate experience.
- Experienced: You have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting, billing, or accounts receivable roles.
- Detail-Oriented: You possess a sharp eye for numbers and data entry precision, ensuring client books remain error-free.
- Transparent Communicator: You are comfortable managing professional phone and email follow-ups with external client stakeholders regarding pay
