Job Description
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key components.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost efficiency.
- Analyse market trends to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to support production schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.

The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has




- Compulsory degree in engineering
- Experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in OEM in either of BIW/Electrical/Electronics/Powertrain
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Confidence using procurement tools and systems.
- Knowledge of market trends and cost analysis.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
