Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospective clients and sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and other details to potential buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
