Role Description
The Sales Specialist role at FAVITAM ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS is a full-time, in office position based in Salem. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their engineering solution needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on inquiries to drive conversions. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical teams,



maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems, and providing regular reports on sales performance. The Sales Specialist will contribute to sales planning, help implement customer-focused strategies, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
