Role Description
The Event Specialist intern will support the planning and execution of Startup Story® events in New Delhi, working on-site with the core team. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with event logistics, coordinating with venues and vendors, managing registrations, and ensuring a smooth attendee experience.



The role also involves supporting event marketing campaigns, engaging with participants and partners, collecting feedback, and helping document key moments for post-event storytelling. The intern will collaborate with team members to align event themes with Startup Story®’s mission and contribute ideas to enhance event formats and audience engagement. This is an internship role based on-site in New Delhi.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and people skills to ensure a welcoming and professional event experience.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with attendees, partners, and internal teams.
- Event planning and coordination abilities to assist with scheduling, logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
