We need a highly analytical Freelance Tax Consultant to manage our tax strategy, optimize our cross-border operations, and ensure flawless agency accounting.

Role Overview

We are seeking a certified tax qualified or financial strategist who intimately understands the digital agency business model. Operating completely remotely, you will ensure our tax compliance is bulletproof while optimizing our corporate financial structure for aggressive growth.



A critical component of this role involves structuring our accounting so that the massive ad budgets we manage on behalf of our clients are legally and accurately recorded as pass-through client volume, keeping our true agency profit margins clean.

Key Responsibilities
- Ad Spend Accounting: Ensure our financial practices strictly classify large client advertising budgets as managed client funds (pass-through volume), guaranteeing they are not legally, structurally, or taxably misclassified as agency operating expenses or direct revenue deductions.
- Tax Strategy & Optimization: Advise on optimal corporate structuring, tax planning, and deduction strategies to maximize agency profitability as we scale past 130+ accounts.
- Cross-Border Payments & Withholdings: Manage the tax implications, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and compliance requirements of paying a 100% remote, global freelance workforce across multiple international jurisdictions.
