Job Description of Executive – Indirect Tax

Key Responsibilities :
- Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Reconciliation of outward supply records with E-Invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reconciliation of inward supply records with Input Tax Credit (ITC) reflected in GSTR-2B.
- Coordination with clients for GST-related matters, addressing queries and resolving compliance issues.
- Handling GST registration applications for recent clients and processing amendments for existing registrations.
- Liaising with GST authorities for registration approvals, amendments, and related follow-ups.
- Managing PTRC and PTEC registrations and ensuring timely filing of monthly and annual returns.
- Preparation and submission of GST refund applications,



along with supporting documentation.
- Drafting responses and compiling documents for departmental notices and routine GST assessments.
- Preparation of GST Annual Returns and supporting workings for GST audits.
- Visiting client premises and government departments, along with senior team members, whenever required.
- Participating in internal and external training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Contributing to and delivering presentations on GST-related topics during internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
