Role Description
The Marketing Lead – Brand & Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand and growth strategies that enhance visibility, engagement, and revenue for Wilmarcs Motion Pictures.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, overseeing brand positioning, conducting market and competitor analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Lead will collaborate closely with production, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with client needs and company objectives. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, optimizing the marketing funnel, managing marketing assets, and nurturing strategic partnerships that support long-term brand growth.
