Role: Real Estate Advisor Intern
Location: PAN India
Work Mode: Remote + Optional Field Work
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding property options, pricing, investment potential, and location advantages
- Generate leads through digital platforms, social media, referrals, and local networking
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, channel partners, and developers
- Promote property listings through the RIVIrtual marketplace and digital tools
- Conduct virtual or in-person property presentations and site visits (based on location)
- Maintain CRM records and manage regular client follow-ups
- Coordinate with senior advisors to support deal closures
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
