The company sells an integration API that lets HR tech, advantages tech, and insurance tech companies connect with major HR and payroll systems, instead of building and maintaining those integrations themselves. Customers are CTOs and product leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies, mostly based in the US. The company is profitable and has grown significantly over the past year.

What this role is

This is an SDR role, and it is built around execution.

The company already has a playbook that works. The ICPs are defined, the outreach sequences have been refined over 18 months of A/B testing, and the stack is in place: Apollo, Instantly, Superhuman, and HubSpot. The results are real, with roughly 1 in 5 booked demos closing. What the company needs now is someone who can run this consistently, day after day, across cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling,



and paid ads.

The playbook is not fixed, though. Once you have proven you can execute, you will start testing new approaches, finding what does not work, and feeding those learnings back to sharpen it. Discipline comes first. Experimentation is earned.

Day to day, you will target enterprise accounts with annual contract values above $40k. You will sell primarily to Engineering and Product leaders, so the conversations are technical and credible rather than generic sales pitches.

Your first six months, roughly
- Month 1: You will shadow the GTM lead and the current SDR. You will learn the product well enough to handle objections. You will review closed-won deal threads to understand how customers talk about their problem.
- Month 2: You will ramp up to a consistent daily outbound volume across email and LinkedIn. You will book your first demo.
