Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the planning and execution of sports events, assist in day-to-day operations of sports facilities, and help coordinate coaching programs and training sessions. Responsibilities may include gathering and organizing data, preparing basic reports, supporting marketing and communication activities, and assisting with inventory and logistics related to sports goods and apparel.



The intern will collaborate with different teams, interact with participants and partners, and contribute to initiatives that promote regular sports participation.

Qualifications
- Interest in sports management, event coordination, or recreation, with a strong enthusiasm for promoting sports as a lifestyle.
- Basic skills in communication, teamwork, and customer interaction to support events, coaching programs, and facility operations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, manage schedules, and support logistics efficiently.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) for data entry, reporting, and planning.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, be proactive, and adapt to a dynamic, field-based environment.
