Senior Support Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP EWM functional roles, with at least 2 full end-to-end implementations.

3. Robust understanding of warehouse management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.

4. Responsible for the requirement gathering from business, configuration, E2E testing, user training and documentation.

5. Working knowledge in Interfaces/ Forms/Reports/Enhancements.

6. Proficiency in SAP EWM module, with hands-on experience in configuration and support.

7. Should be able to Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EWM with other SAP S/4 HANA Modules like SD, MM and PP.

8. Knowledge in handling support ticketing tools and managing the deliverables within defined timelines.

9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

10. Certified consultant in SAP EWM would be an advantage.
