Role Description
The Pre Post Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand technical and business requirements,



preparing solution designs and proposals, and supporting the sales team with technical presentations and product demonstrations. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will coordinate and oversee proof-of-concept deployments, assist in configuration and integration of servers, storage, workstations, and LFD solutions, and provide post-sales technical support to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to technical queries, documenting solution architectures, collaborating closely with sales, product, and support teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Viewpixel’s offerings and industry standards. The role also requires regular in office visits to customer locations, timely resolution of issues, and contribution to continuous improvement of solution delivery and support processes.
