Role Description
The Occupational Therapist will provide assessment and intervention services for children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs in an on-site, clinic-based setting in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized and clinical evaluations,



developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions that support participation in play, self-care, and learning activities. The role involves collaborating closely with families and a multidisciplinary team, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing outcomes. The Occupational Therapist will also provide caregiver education, contribute to team meetings and case reviews, and participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, intervention planning, and functional goal-setting for children.
