The Senior Technical Manager is responsible for leading the technical delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction. The role ensures that all projects comply with local authority regulations, international standards, company quality procedures, and client requirements. The position provides technical leadership to architects, BIM teams, and consultants while minimizing design risks and ensuring constructability.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the technical development of multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes and authority requirements.
- Develop technical solutions for complex architectural challenges.
- Maintain consistency across project documentation.
Design Management
- Guide project teams from Concept Design through Tender and Construction stages.
- Ensure high-quality technical detailing.
- Review project deliverables before submission.
- Support Design Managers and Project Architects in technical decision-making.
- Establish technical standards and best practices across the organization

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and Specialist Consultants.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Resolve design clashes before project submission.
- Ensure BIM coordination is effectively implemented.
Quality Assurance
- Develop and maintain QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct technical audits for all ongoing projects.
- Review shop drawings and material submissions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
