Role Overview
As a
Sales Representative / Customer Relationship Executive
, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting Crawlii's AI solutions, nurturing customer relationships, and successfully onboarding recent businesses. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy consultative selling and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential business clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other sales activities.
- Present and demonstrate Crawlii's AI-powered solutions to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle until onboarding.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Compensation
