Role Description
This is a full time, on-site French Trainer role based in Pipli. The French Trainer will conduct classroom sessions to teach French language skills across levels, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing learner progress, and providing individualized support where needed. The role involves using engaging teaching methods, organizing practice activities, and maintaining records of learner performance.



The French Trainer will also collaborate with counseling and training teams to align language instruction with learners’ global education goals and support a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications
- French Teaching and Tutoring skills to deliver effective language instruction to diverse learners.
- Teaching and Education experience, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
- Teacher Training capabilities to guide learners and contribute to improving teaching practices within the institute.
- Strong command of French (spoken and written), with the ability to explain grammar and vocabulary clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Pipli, manage full-time classroom schedules, and adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels.
- Relevant degree or certification
