Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Professional role based in Gurugram. The Retail Sales Professional will greet and assist customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend suitable jewelry pieces that align with their preferences and budget. Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits,



explaining the value of lab grown diamonds, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from initial interaction through purchase and after-sales service. The role involves maintaining store displays, handling billing and payment processes, updating customer records, and meeting individual and store sales targets. The Retail Sales Professional will work closely with the store team to support promotional activities, provide feedback on customer trends, and uphold Limelight’s brand standards and sustainability values.

Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer requirements, and close sales effectively.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to present product information clearly and interact comfortably with diverse customers.
