Role Overview Responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from outreach to final negotiations. You will identify high-potential prospects and ensure sales targets are met through proactive engagement and strategic closing.





Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct daily targeted cold calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality, positive prospects.Prospecting: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by assessing client needs and presenting tailored solutions.Scheduling: Coordinate, schedule, and convincingly pitch physical site visits, effectively guiding prospects from initial phone contact to on-site viewings.Closing: Coordinate, schedule, and convincingly pitch physical site visits, effectively guiding prospects from initial phone contact to in office viewings.

Fixed Salary & Structure

CTC: INR 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only).Work Week: 5-day work week
