About Taradevi's Group

Taradevi's Group is a premium real estate and vacation home development firm currently focussed on Shimla. Our active portfolio includes (i) Taradevi's Enclave (New Shimla) – luxury apartments, and (ii) Taradevi's Downtown Kufri – luxury hospitality/villas, with a pipeline of upcoming launches in Shimla, Konkan, and Vrindavan. We are building an institutional-grade real estate portfolio across marquee leisure and religious tourism destinations in India.

About the Role

We are looking for a growth-focused marketing leader to own brand-building and lead generation for our residential and hospitality portfolio. You will run the full marketing engine — digital campaigns, brand, content, channel partner marketing, events, and launches — with transparent accountability for lead volume, quality, and cost per acquisition. You will lead a small in-house team and external agencies, and work directly with leadership on positioning and launch strategy.

What You'll Do

•
Lead generation:

Plan and run performance marketing across Google, Meta, and property portals; own lead targets,



CPL, and lead quality in coordination with the sales team.

Brand & positioning:

Build the Taradevi's brand across projects — messaging, campaigns, PR, and reputation — for both end-users and investors.

Project launches:

Own go-to-market plans for new project launches: pre-launch buzz, collateral, pricing communication, launch events, and site experience.

•
Content & creative:

Direct the content and design pipeline — website, brochures, walkthroughs, social media, email/WhatsApp campaigns — working with in-house writers and agencies.

Channel & offline marketing:

Drive channel partner programmes, exhibitions, outdoor media, and local activations in key source markets (Delhi NCR, Chandigarh/Tricity, Punjab).

Analytics:

Track funnel metrics end to end — spends, leads, site visits, conversions — and report performance to leadership with clear recommendations.
