Role: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant - E1
Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with experience in transportation and logistics processes. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing OTM solutions to optimize transportation planning, execution, freight management, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
- Implement and maintain transportation planning and execution processes.
- Configure and manage:
- Order Management
- Shipment Planning
- Freight Cost Management
- Carrier Management
- Route Optimization
- Tendering and Execution
- Support integration between OTM and Oracle ERP, WMS, EBS, Fusion Cloud, and third-party logistics systems.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.




- Monitor transportation operations and troubleshoot system issues.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide production support and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with OTM configurations and business process setup.
- Understanding of freight planning, shipment execution, and carrier management.
- Knowledge of integration concepts using XML, REST/SOA, and Oracle middleware.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM or Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Plann
