Role Description
This full time, on-site Technical Sales Specialist role is based in New Delhi. The Technical Sales Specialist will identify and engage potential and existing customers, present technical product information, and recommend ingredient solutions for Home & Personal Care applications. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals and quotations, providing basic technical support on product usage, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. The role involves regular customer meetings, follow-ups, maintaining accurate sales records,



and gathering market intelligence to support pricing and product positioning. The Specialist will collaborate with suppliers, support product trials and evaluations, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, including chance identification and solution selling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to understand product specifications, explain applications, and assist customers with basic formulation or usage questions.
- Relevant experience in B2B ingredient distribution, chemicals, cosmetics, or Home & Personal Care industry is highly beneficial.
