Jan Sahbhagi Vikas Kendra (JSVK) invites applications from qualified, experienced, dedicated and child-friendly professionals for appointment in the Child Care Institution (CCI) for Boys (50 Bedded) at Jamtara, Jharkhand under Mission Vatsalya.

The engagement shall be as per the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, JJ Model Rules, 2016, and Mission Vatsalya Guidelines.

Position : Case Worker / Child Welfare Officer

Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Psychology, Child Development or related Social Sciences from a recognized university.
- Candidates with Bachelor's degree in the above disciplines and significant experience may also be considered as per project requirements.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Child Protection, Child Care Institutions, Child Rights, Juvenile Justice System,



Social Work or Rehabilitation.
- Experience in preparing Individual Care Plan (ICP), Social Investigation Report (SIR), restoration, rehabilitation and family reintegration will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of JJ Act, POCSO Act, Mission Vatsalya and Child Protection Services.

Responsibilities
- Preparation and monitoring of Individual Care Plans.
- Case management and documentation.
- Counselling support and rehabilitation planning.
- Coordination with CWC, DCPU, SJPU, Police, Schools and Health Departments.
- Family tracing, restoration and follow-up.
- Maintain child records and MIS.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
