Role Description
This is a full-time,



on-site Performance Marketer role based in Chennai. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels such as search, social, and marketplaces to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Wenova Brands’ portfolio. Daily responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting up and tracking campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates. The role involves close collaboration with brand, content, product, and design teams to develop high-performing creatives, landing pages, and funnels aligned with brand positioning and customer insights. The Performance Marketer will also contribute to A/B testing, marketing automation, reporting, and scaling successful campaigns as the brands expand across D2C, omnichannel, and international markets.
