About the Role

BNN Family Law Firm is looking for an organized, qualified, and client-focused Client Operations Manager to manage client communication, appointments, case coordination, payment collection, and daily office operations.

The person will be a key point of contact for clients and will work closely with advocates to ensure that appointments, case updates, payments, and follow-ups are handled accurately and on time.

This is a target-oriented role, with incentives based on payment collection, client follow-ups, client service, reviews, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and messages from new and existing clients.
- Collect preliminary information and schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments.
- Welcome clients and manage their check-in and check-out.




- Coordinate with advocates regarding hearings, documents, case progress, and pending actions.
- Maintain accurate client records, case diaries, status trackers, and follow-up notes.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates after important case developments.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, information, payments, and appointments.
- Identify delays and escalate unresolved matters before they affect case timelines.
- Monitor and collect consultation, appearance, and other approved fees.
- Record payments accurately and follow up on outstanding amounts.
- Ask clients about their experience and invite them to leave an honest Google review.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate housekeeping, repairs, maintenance, and service providers.
- Support employee attendance tracking and basic new-employee office setup.
