About The Role
We are looking for an
Assistant Manager – Catalog & Merchandising
to manage our online product catalog and ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Shopify
, product listing, catalog management, and e-commerce merchandising, along with a strong understanding of industry best practices.

This role is ideal for someone currently working with an
e-commerce or D2C brand
who enjoys combining operational excellence with merchandising strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product catalog operations on Shopify.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images.
- Ensure catalog accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Execute merchandising strategies to improve product discoverability and conversion.
- Organize collections, categories, filters, and product taxonomy to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Category, Marketing, Creative,



and Operations to ensure timely product launches.
- Monitor catalog health and resolve listing or merchandising issues proactively.
- Maintain merchandising calendars and support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and collection updates.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve catalog efficiency and merchandising performance through industry best practices.

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Catalog Management, Merchandising, or E-commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify product listings and catalog operations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising principles and customer journey optimization.
- Experience working with an e-commerce or D2C brand is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
