Roles & Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to insurance companies to check the status of claims Follow up on outstanding balances on patient accounts Take appropriate actions based on claim status Maintain professional communication with a neutral accent

Excellent English communication skills

Comfortable with Night Shifts

Willing to work Work From Office (WFO)
