Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Health Officer role located in Morbi. The Health Officer will oversee workplace health and safety practices, conduct regular site inspections, and monitor compliance with occupational health and construction safety standards. Responsibilities include identifying potential hazards, recommending preventive measures, and ensuring that safety protocols, emergency procedures, and health guidelines are implemented and followed. The role involves coordinating health awareness programs, maintaining health and safety records, and collaborating with management and site teams to promote a safe working environment. The Health Officer will also communicate clearly with staff, provide training on safety practices, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Occupational Health and Workplace Safety to manage employee well-being and safe work environments.




- Candidates should possess skills in Construction Safety to oversee site-specific safety measures and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Community Health skills to conduct training, health awareness sessions, and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant qualifications in occupational health, safety management, public health, or a related field; professional certifications in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience in industrial or construction settings, with knowledge of local safety regulations and incident reporting procedures.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
