Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Marketing & Client Relations role based in Chandigarh. The position involves managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the event lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, and contributing to sales activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and presentations.



The role also requires coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project status, and providing responsive customer service before, during, and after events. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and support the growth of WRSAL’s brand and business.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle client queries professionally, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy, including gathering insights, analyzing trends, and supporting targeted campaigns.
- Sales and basic Marketing capabilities, such as lead generation, prospect follow-up, and assisting in promotional activities.
