Role Description
The Head of Department – MBA & BBA will lead academic and administrative functions for the management programs, ensuring high-quality teaching, curriculum relevance, and student-centric outcomes. This full-time,



on-site role is based at CGC University in Chandigarh, India, and involves supervising faculty, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative departmental culture. The role includes designing and updating curricula aligned with industry trends, overseeing course delivery, and ensuring effective assessment practices. The Head of Department will support accreditation and quality assurance processes, coordinate research and consulting activities, and build industry and academic partnerships. Responsibilities also include guiding student development initiatives, managing departmental resources and budgets, and contributing to the university’s strategic planning and outreach.
