Role Description
The Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhuri. This role is responsible for overseeing project delivery, coordinating design and development work, and ensuring that client requirements are translated into clear tasks and timelines. The Team Lead will guide and mentor team members, conduct regular check-ins, and resolve day-to-day issues related to workload, quality,



and communication. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, reviewing outputs for quality and consistency, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and tools. The Team Lead will also help plan resource allocation, manage deadlines, and contribute to strategic decisions that support the agency’s growth.
