Overview
We are seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager who couples robust business analysis capabilities with practical project leadership. The ideal candidate will actively manage projects end-to-end while performing detailed requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation.



The role emphasizes delivering business value through effective SDLC governance and guiding teams to leverage AI tooling to boost productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT/software development projects with hands-on involvement in both PM and BA activities.
- Define, refine, and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Actively participate in requirements elicitation, workshops, and interviews; create and maintain detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, data models, and process flows.
