About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality business solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, functional, and communication skills with hands-on experience in Agile product development environments.

This role requires translating business requirements into functional specifications while ensuring smooth collaboration between business and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
