Complete P&L; responsibility across **5–7 workshops** in the network

Workshop operations, manpower planning,



and technician productivity at each location

Customer satisfaction (TNPS/CSI) and service quality standards across all workshops

✅
Spare parts inventory management and control across multiple sites

✅
OEM (Hero MotoCorp / Ather) compliance, audits, and warranty claims

✅
Revenue growth through Value Added Services (AMC, PPF, Care Plans, Insurance)

✅
Team leadership — Service Managers, Advisors, Technicians, Workshop In-Charges across all locations

✅
Driving service retention, repeat visits, and workshop efficiency (VOR, TAT) network-wide

✅
Standardising processes and SOPs across all workshops for consistent quality
