Role Description
The Real Estate Relationship Manager (Freshers) role at NoBroker HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.



In this role, the team member will support customers in their property search and rental or buying journey, guiding them through listings, explaining service offerings, and helping them make informed decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable properties, and coordinating appointments or follow-ups with owners and tenants. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in internal systems, collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues, and ensuring a high level of service quality and satisfaction. This position offers fresh graduates exposure to the real estate and PropTech industry, with opportunities to build strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
