Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at Step Wise Properties. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, and nurture relationships with prospective clients and builder partners. Daily tasks include conducting market research, following up with inquiries, scheduling and leading virtual consultations, and presenting service offerings to potential customers.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients, maintaining accurate records of activities in CRM tools, and meeting defined sales and growth targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

Qualifications
- Business development skills, including New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on building and growing a qualified sales pipeline.
- Robust Communication skills to engage with clients and builder partners, present offerings clearly, and handle negotiations professionally.
- Account Management abilities to maintain ongoing relationships, manage client expectations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
