Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Fundraising Executive. The Fundraising Executive will identify potential donors, partners, and corporate sponsors, and build long-term relationships through meetings, presentations,



and regular communications. The role involves designing and executing fundraising campaigns and events, preparing proposals, impact reports, and donor communication materials, and managing online and offline fundraising initiatives. The Fundraising Executive will coordinate with program teams to understand on-ground needs, align fundraising goals with project requirements, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of funds raised. The individual will also support donor stewardship activities, maintain fundraising databases, and contribute ideas to enhance outreach and community engagement.

Qualifications
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage donors, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Ability to develop fundraising strategies, draft proposals, and prepare impactful reports and campaigns.
- Experience or familiarity with event planning, outreach
