Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support actuarial aspects of merger integration including data, models, and reporting alignment.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to modernize actuarial workflows.
- Oversee actuarial data and model frameworks across legacy systems.
- Ensure continuity of U.S. statutory valuation and regulatory deliverables.
- Manage timelines and stakeholder communications for merger workstreams.
Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of actuarial experience in Life & Annuity insurance.
- Prior merger or integration experience.
- Expertise in actuarial data management, governance, and life actuarial models (AXIS/Prophet).
- Project management experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
