Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is a premium corporate and commercial video production company creating films for leading brands across India and Australia. We specialize in corporate films, brand stories, documentaries, commercials, events, testimonials and digital content.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Operations Lead who will become the operational backbone of the company and work directly with the Founder.

Role Overview

This is not a typical operations role.

You will be responsible for ensuring that Wilmarcs runs smoothly every day—from team management and client communication to project execution, finance coordination and business operations.

You should be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems independently and leading people with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Conduct daily team meetings and set priorities.
- Ensure every department functions efficiently.
- Take operational decisions without waiting for constant direction.




- Build accountability across the team.

Client Management
- Handle client communication and escalations.
- Negotiate timelines and expectations.
- Resolve project challenges professionally.
- Build long-term client relationships.

Project Delivery
- Ensure every project is delivered on time and at the expected quality.
- Coordinate with producers, editors, cinematographers and freelancers.
- Monitor project progress and remove bottlenecks.

Business Operations
- Improve company systems and workflows.
- Create and implement SOPs.
- Track operational KPIs.
- Improve efficiency across departments.

HR & Team Management
- Support hiring and onboarding.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Build a solid team culture.
- Mentor and develop employees.

Finance Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts for invoicing, collections and vendor payments.
- Monitor project budgets and profitability.
