Role Overview

This role requires a multi-disciplinary creative who bridges the gap between functional product usability and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate ensures products are visually stunning, easy to navigate, and highly engaging across web, mobile, and video formats.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design
- Conduct user research, define user personas, and map user journeys.
- Translate complex concepts into wireframes, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes.
- Design user-friendly interfaces (menus, widgets, buttons, and responsive layouts).
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and continuously refine designs.

Video & Motion Graphics
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and product onboarding.
- Design, create, and animate motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects (VFX).
- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting or publishing.

Still Graphics
- Design original static visual assets, including illustrations, iconography,



banner ads, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital channels.
- Prepare design assets for digital and print deployment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Interaction Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- UI/UX Tooling:
High proficiency in industry standards like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Video/Motion Tooling:
Robust working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Portfolio:
A robust portfolio demonstrating both digital product design (UI/UX) and dynamic multimedia/video projects.
- Skills:
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly, and a collaborative mindset.
