Role Description
The Technology Co-Founder will lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of Neurosense Labs’ healthcare technology products, working closely with the founding team to align technology strategy with business goals.

R&R;:
- Define and execute the technology and product roadmap
- Build and scale our AI platform
- Drive innovation in AI-powered healthcare solutions
- Collaborate with hospitals, universities, and research institutions
- Support fundraising, strategic partnerships, and global expansion

Preferred expertise:
- Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning & Deep Learning)




- Full-Stack Software Development
- Healthcare AI, Digital Health, MedTech, or Clinical Research
- Product architecture and scalable technology platforms
- Healthcare regulations, clinical validation, and data privacy
- Quantum Communication experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualifications
- Robust background in software engineering and architecture for web and mobile applications, with experience in building scalable cloud-native systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks, data pipelines, and deploying intelligent features in production environments. Exposure to Quantim Communication is an optional one.
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks relevant to healthcare solutions, such as cloud platforms, APIs, cybersecurity practices, and data privacy standards.
